Incredible views, incredible service, complemented by the rooftop pool and bar/lounge area. Its perfect location just 43 km from the nearest airport made our two-night stay exceptionally enjoyable.

Two of the four rock jacuzzis were out of order, making it tough to secure a spot for a soak without being quick on the draw. The minimum consumption limit for the cabanas and VIP firepit seemed unnecessary with such low occupancy. Also, the limited late-night restaurant hours felt inconvenient, especially since room service had a restricted menu. Finally, I encountered some check-in issues that led to double billing, and the Tuk Tuk service stopping at 9 PM left guests stranded after dinner—definitely something that needs to be addressed for late-night travelers.
